Price

The course fee is 80 EUR per day.

A 5-day course costs 400 EUR; a 6-day-course costs 480 EUR.

The course fee includes:

• The course program and materials
• Lessons from either 9:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 19:00; the exact time and venue in Prague to be specified two weeks before the course
• All administration costs
• Water, tea, and coffee, which are available during the lessons
• A final certificate (requires at least 80 % attendance)
• A venue in Prague’s city center, accessible by the underground (metro)
• The 5-day courses include one guided tour of Prague; the 6-day-courses include another full day of cultural activities on the last day.

Payment:

• By bank transfer to the bank account stated in the invoice within 10 days of receipt of the booking confirmation and invoice.
• Participants are advised to enroll in the insurance policy; the school will not be held responsible for any insurance cases (health, injury, theft, etc.).

Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (by email).
• The cancellation fee is 30% of the course fee when cancellation occurs 4 weeks before the start of the course.
• The cancellation fee is 30% of the course fee when cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the start of the course.
• The cancellation fee is 80 % of the course fee when cancellation occurs 15 days to 4 weeks before the start of the course.
• The cancellation fee is 100% of the course fee when cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the start of the week the course is to be held.
• Absences for personal reasons, early departures, and late arrivals are not valid reasons to ask for replacement lessons or to demand refunds.
